Marc Hankins Photographic provides excellent quality headshot and portrait services to actors, actresses and other creative people in the London / South East area for casting, promotional uses and to use in services such as Casting Call Pro and Spotlight.

Marc enjoys a good relaxed shoot where everyone has a good time, this is why the camera will barely be touched for the first hour of the shoot, we feel it's impossible to take a portrait that can show someones personality when the photographer doesn't know the person they're shooting. To this end we will always take time getting to know you and let you relax before we take any pictures. We also try to carry your personality through into post processing, selected images are only lightly edited, since perfect glossy skin doesn't tell us much about what anyone actually looks like.

For the shoot itself you will be given full choice to shoot in both natural and studio lighting to suit your tastes. Marc Hankins is based in Guildford, a beautiful and prosperous town just outside London on a main commuter train line (direct to London Waterloo). Based 10 minutes walk away from both the town center and Stoke Park you will have many locations to choose from for your portrait.

Should the weather disagree or if you prefer not to use the locales of Guildford, Marc Hankins also has the facilities to take high quality portraits in his studio using lighting that can make anyone look flattering.

By the end of the shoot you will have a preview CD containing all images of the shoot for you to pick your favorites. Once you pick your best looking photos, we will polish the selected images to make you look your best for grabbing the attention of casting directors! Within a few days we will post over a CD with the final photographs and a set of 3 10x8 prints for you to use as you wish. If a quick turn around is necessary (sometimes it is!) we can provide you with a link to download your photographs.

Typically most headshot shoots will take a few hours to go through various styles, costumes and to ensure we capture your personality.

Marc also understands and appreciates the hard work young people put in to get their foot in the door, so as part of his student helper initiative, Marc Hankins will discount all products being sold to students.
