Personal Portraits

Portraiture is one of Marc's favourite and most popular subjects. As a result of this, Marc will spend every care into your portrait aiming to bring out your character.

Trying to stay away from boring and characterless mugshots you see in passports, Marc Hankins prefers to get to know his subjects and their hobbies or lifestyles prior to the shoot itself. Marc also believes that excessive post-processing of images loses the character of the subject, so unless otherwise requested Marc will not apply heavy post-processing to his Photographs.

Marc prefers to shoot on location, as your home, or your favourite walking spot can tell the viewer just as much about you as the clothes you're wearing. Though if you prefer, a studio location can be made available to you.
